"We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Charlie & Kait’s rental. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Of special note, the bed was the perfect level of firmness and the shower had amazing water pressure. The area was spacious and private. Excellent and kind communication from the hosts and extra special touches that made our stay even more memorable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and the riverfront. "Love coming to this place. It is quiet and has all kinds of wildlife around it along with a wonderful Hot tub!. This time of year, not as many people there which is right up our alley! "Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. If you are looking for a great place for your family to relax and un plug, this is the place to go to."
