"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

"Francesca is a delightful hostess. We walked from the station up to her place, but she felt bad when she found out. Apparently it is her practice to pick up and drop off guests at the station, which is very sweet. Just message her on WhatsApp for that. "We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. "I've been traveling for 10 weeks and the bed/pillows/linens were in the top 3!!! Super comfortable. I booked last minute and got the last room which is the smallest. It was great, but the bigger rooms have more light and bigger balconies if you have a choice. Fantastic and cheery decor. "The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular.
