"This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk. "

The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes.
