What a beautiful property. Top class facilities, regular room service, great hosts - what’s more to enjoy. Did manage to get a paid upgrade out of me plus holding charges which I’m waiting for them to cut off. Always take a video of the way you leave the property!

The hotel is fine. Location is nice about 15 minute walk from central station.
Our experience was not good in checking in.
We were friends travelling from different places and my two friends arrived before me. As I booked it, the hotel would not let them check in despite me sending my passport picture and written permission and confirmation of the booking to them whilst they were stood trying to check in:
The hotel staff watched them sit on the sofas in reception late In to the evening obviously very tired, until I arrived at 12.15 am and then allowed me to show my picture of my passport.
