"One of the better places in Freetown. Staff are lovely but not the best. I cant blame them for this as conditions in Sierra Leone have been difficult for 30 years and education is not easy. "We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. "
