"Really beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Rooms were very nice and the hotel was very walkable to all the highlights of the city. The front desk was very helpful through check-in, fulfilling requests, and unfortunately dealing with a very frustrating service at breakfast. Breakfast service was quite disorganized and made for a very poor experience for a 5-star hotel."

"Really lovely hotel, perfect location, great breakfast, lovely rooms and staff. Check in was a bit strange but once we'd been sent the info we needed it was easy enough. We extended our check out to 12pm with no issue and no extra payment required.
