Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe by Totiaran is a beautiful and modern mountain house for more than 12 people, with spectacular views of the peaks and the ski slopes in the Valley of Aran. Located in the renowned Pleta de Baqueira urbanization, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with en suite bathrooms. It is a 4-level house with a garage, storage area for skis and Haman. The urbanization offers private transportation to the Baqueira 1500 Chairlift that runs every 20 minutes to take you directly to the cable car.
Upon entering the Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe, you will see a small hall where you can leave your coats, further on is the guest toilet and then passes to the largest area of the whole house, 100m2 to enjoy. Entering this space, to the right you will see a living room with two sofa areas, which invite you to enjoy a home environment with total comfort. The huge fireplace is located in front of all the sofas; an ideal point to contemplate and let yourself be warmed up. This whole area has glass doors next to it that lead to balconies with panoramic views of the Arán Valley that offer plenty of natural light. This area has a large Smart TV to peacefully enjoy any channel with multiple international signals.
The dining room is on the right side of this entire level; First you will see a long design table made of sturdy wood for 8 people, with comfortable chairs. Here natural light enters widely giving a lot of warmth to your desktop. Going up is the 4th level which is an attic room where you will find a comfortable large double bed also 180 wide and in front of it is a full bathroom, it is a very cozy area, with light wood and it is completely carpeted
From the living room level, going down you will find the 1st level, where there are two other bedrooms. To the left is a spacious room with a double bed, night tables, smart TV, built-in wardrobes and a single sofa bed; this space has to the left a complete bathroom en suite. From the stairs to the right is the children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds plus a single sofa bed and in front of it a huge smart TV accompanied by a video game system.
Going down and you will reach level 0, where there are several spaces. First, when you arrive, you will see the open garage area, which is a living room completely covered with wood and offers several compartments to store boots, skis and helmets, where there are also electric boot warmers; a very comfortable area to leave all your ski equipment.
To the left you will see a door that leads to a room with a bunk bed. this room then has a full bathroom. To the left there is another door that gives access to the favorite area of many: The Hamann, ideal for relaxing the body and mind. This modern garage opens with a remote control and that makes it easy for many to get here in the car, unload everything and leave the skis every day. In addition, a few meters passes the shuttle service to the chairlift
