"Lovely older cottage, so charming and clean, in established area of Port McNicoll, minutes to the neighborhood's own private beach! 10 minute drive into Midland which is a nice town with many amenities and restaurants. 2 bedrooms, also a fold-out futon which was a nice extra. "I rented this property for a week this summer with my family, and honestly, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid. First of all, pay close attention to the list of amenities because this house doesn’t have a washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. As for the air conditioning, is not throughout the whole house but just one machine in the living room that is meant to cool the whole space. "Very spacious house with lots of areas for spending time. Everything we needed was provided. Great location & very accommodating host. The back deck & pool were glorious & a campfire to top it off. Lovely time had by all."

"Cottage is overall clean and modern, shared areas are not very spacious. Location is very good, peaceful, quiet, and very nice view. Outdoor area was amazing, firepit very enjoyable. "Property Owner extremely accommodating to our requests regarding earlier check in and later check out times. Stretching out our weekend a little bit longer Property Owner was also very responsive in returning all calls and text messages.
