"Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."

"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this.
