Step into relaxation at our pool area, boasting a heated pool, hot tub, and inviting firepit. Entertain with ease at the outdoor oasis, complete with a 55-inch TV, L-shaped granite bar, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for alfresco dining. Across the way, a picturesque two-acre fishing pond awaits, teeming with bass, blue gill, crappie, and sunfish. Enjoy a leisurely kayak or paddle boat ride amidst nature’s beauty. Explore the rich history of our estate with a visit to the iconic octagonal barn, meander through scenic walking trails, and marvel at our vibrant flower farm, boasting over 50 varieties of blooms.

Indoors, indulge your culinary passions in the gourmet chef’s kitchen, unwind in the plush comfort of the theater room’s leather massaging recliners, or retreat to one of seven beautifully appointed bedrooms for restful slumber. The primary suite exudes luxury with its expansive en-suite bathroom, complete with vaulted ceilings, a lavish jacuzzi tub, and a grand walk-in glass shower with dual showerheads.

Venture downstairs to discover a haven of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a fragrant eucalyptus-infused steam room, a fully equipped fitness center, and a lively game room brimming with classic favorites like PacMan, ping pong, and skeeball. Whether you’re challenging friends to a game of Pop-a-Shot or unwinding with a movie on the 72-inch TV, this vibrant space offers endless enjoyment for all.

We’ve outfitted the kitchen with everything we can think of including plates, cups, silverware, cutting knifes, pot, pans, paper towels, towels, can openers, coffee maker, microwave, blender and more. If there’s something in particular you are wondering if we provide, do not hesitate to ask before your stay. Seating for 11 in kitchen.

There are additional linens for the pull out sofas in the storage bin in the basement, where the board games are located.

Please note: A few smaller units and a wedding venue exist elsewhere on our sprawling property, assuring privacy but allowing occasional soft strains of celebratory music to add to the estate's
You must be at least 25 years old to book a stay with us.

Please note, we only allow groups of 16. This is in accordance with the local laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed.

Small portable bluetooth speakers only. Bluetooth speakers cannot be larger than 12 in x 12 in. No partyboxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc.

We are a marijuana-free home and property. We do not allow the use of marijuana inside the home OR outside the home.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.

The outdoor pool is seasonal. We try to open it as early as possible in May (depending on the weather) and keep it open into mid-October. The pool temperature is kept at 82 degrees but can be heated to 90 degrees for $40/day.

No pets.

No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property.

No parties unless prior permission from the host is granted. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count.

There are many places to park, but please do not park directly in front of the front door to the carriage house where Audrey & Matt live. Please also do not block their cars in. You will find a parking map with this information in the garage.

Prior to your stay, we require a list of guests that will be on the property.

Our check-in window is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that assistance may not be available after 8:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving later than 8:00 PM, we kindly ask that you review the listing details and the information provided in your itinerary ahead of time.
