"The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. "Amazing staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel location is great close to two tube lines and minutes away from Buckingham palace. The room itself was great, recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel. "

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."
