I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! "Hotel was very comfortable, including the beds. Spectacular sea views from Deluxe double room. Staff were genuinely very helpful although they could do with more people serving coffee at breakfast and we couldn’t find an option for tea. Private beach with an elevator was great although a bit messy with litter at back of beach and esp around bins We only had breakfast there and ate out for other meals "
