With views over a trout fishing lake, this spacious house provides the ideal holiday base to enjoy and explore the many attractions in Southwest Wales. Attached to the owner’s home, with boarding kennels within their grounds. Activities within easy reach include Gnoll Country Park close to Neath with its lakes and grotto, Afan Forest Park for cycling, pony trekking or mountain biking and the sandy beaches of Aberavon. Visit Neath Abbey, dating from 1130, where Cistercian monks existed for over 400 years, take a relaxing stroll along the Neath Canal Towpath or a day out shopping in Swansea or Cardiff. Fly fishing available on lake at cost. Shop ½ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Fireworks are not allowed in the grounds of the property due to the boarding kennels.
