"Myself and two friends went for a two night stay and it couldn't have been better. The hosts were reasonable, practical with all their expectations and they were very responsive and kind during the planning stages and when we arrived. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. "This location was a nice place to stay. Definitely quiet and off the beaten track. We generally stay closer in to Berkeley Springs, but decided this time to go further out of town. "Family members from 4 different states, Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland and Delaware, gathered with other family staying in 2 other houses in BS to celebrate a grandson's wedding. The groomsmen (9) dressed at our home on the wedding morning, and had a men's lunch. A wonderful home for wedding prep. Lots of space and inspiring views. "This was my 4th stay at this hotel and my family love it. The pool and Jacuzzi stays open until 11pm, it is close to many food options an very clean. The complementary breakfast is great. The staff is extremely polite "

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their way into our omelets. Tom, it turns out it's also a great cook! The establishment has a lot of religious artifacts on display, part of a vast collection assembled by the previous owner, Maria who used the building for a restaurant. Tom and Marie, his wife took over after Maria couldn't run the restaurant and turned it into a B&B. I do recommend this property especially compared to the traditional chain hotels in the area that charge about the same price for a whole lot less ambience."

"We enjoyed our stay!! We loved the layout of the cabin and property! Very easy to check in and internet access was good. We loved that you left a book of instructions along with the story about your family. What a beautiful family you have. We would definitely come back again and tell our friends about your property!! If I could recommend that the areas outside where the games are need to be kept up. Example would be the horse shoe area the horse shoes were buried, and the sand/dirt was lumpy with grass growing in it. We wanted to use the fireplace inside but couldn’t figure out how to open the damper if you leave instructions. "
