3,500 + executive home available for rent for entire EAA AirAdventure July 19th through July 31, 2024 and July 18th through July 30th, 2025 for $125.00 per bedroom per night [$625.00 per night total]. Ideally we'd like to rent the home for the entire event starting the Thursday evening prior and ending on Tuesday after the event. We can make the home available earlier if needed. We also have cots and bedding for those who are staying just one night and/or we have 4 full size leather couches that work for emergency sleeping quarters as well. Home features Master en suite is secured with electric touch pad, King Size Temperpedic adjustable bed with large walk-in shower and wall mounted smart Sony TV. Upper level also features 2 additional private bedrooms with queen beds and electric touch pad locks for security. Second bedroom features a 37" LED smart television. Upper level has shared bath and separate private area with full laundry. Lower level executive suite features 1,200 square foot en suite and Murphy queen sized bed and memory foam mattress and separate private twin sized memory foam mattress with electric touch pad security and wall mounted 37" smart television. Also a private twin bed with TV and plenty of room for a two week stay. Home features infra-red sauna, BullFrog A8L 7 person hot tub, 2 separate media entertainment centers with 65" plasma screen televisions, smart TV's in kitchen and Master. 42" LED with surround in attached heated garage smoking parlor area. 3 lane driveway with 3 car garage and double deep. We also have a large 1 acre wooded lot with large fire pit to relax and view creek in back of lot with lots of wildlife. Outdoor sound system with Polk audio powered by Rotel system. Interior sound system is featuring and audiophile dream; Rotel separates sound system with matching Bowers & Wilkins 800 series Diamond speakers for complete surround system. Lower level has 400 watt system with double subs and Paradigm large center channel and tower speakers with wall surround. Kitchen features double convection ovens and 6 burner Viking gas cook top. Kitchen counter tops are all marble and amenities feature complete cooking supplies for any type of cuisine you are looking for. We are looking for a long term agreement if possible however no long term commitment is necessary.
Home is available for entire week of EAA and is located just 15 minutes drive time to EAA grounds in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
