The room is a bit run down. The bathroom is in terrible crumby condition. The fireplace did not work. Staff fixed it though. Ran out of white wine at 5pm during a 4 hour happy hour and. O one was there. The breakfast staff were amazing and friendly though. Also the balcony door handle fell off.

The property was great! Stayed in Medici suite. Had a wonderful bar/screen room area. The only downside was that they were experiencing a mosquito issue in the master bedroom/bath suite. This caused an uncomfortable sleep stay. To their credit they offered a credit to buy plug-ins and spray, and stopped by to try and resolve the issue. However, this only resulted in dead mosquitos all over the floor…note too that master bed faces street so you hear everything pass your window all night long. I’d likely stay again, but the bug issue would need to be resolved!

"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again."

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » ..."
