This is my 2nd visit to White Sands and maybe my last. The female staff members are so unpleasant with the exception of the lady with the light brown eyes. The security guard that works in the morning on the beachside was the most unpleasant. Nonetheless the hotel is nice the manager needs to inservice their staff on better customer service

This is a lovely property on 7 mile beach in Negril. There are many dining options near by and the hotel restaurant offered good options as well. I stayed on the garden side and they have friendly staff to help you navigate getting across the street. Upon check out I lost one of my electronics and the house keeper was kind enough to help me search the room. Aiport transfer is offered so I reserved my arrival transfer 5 days in advance. Once I landed at the airport I was informed that my reservation was canceled with out my knoweldge. After arriving to the property, the manager was apologetic and refunded the fair. The issue was resolved quickly and I enjoyed the rest of my stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Rented a cute kitchenette on the garden side which was perfect to cook some light meals. Liked that it was quiet but still had access across the road to the beach and beach chairs (make sure to bring your own towel). Had the basics of what was needed and was clean.

We enjoy everything about this resort! It is laid back and relaxing. Great gardens, pool, and beach! We love the staff especially, Tara, Power, Henry, and Patrick. Our housekeeper was phenomenal and so accommodating. I wish I could remember her name!

I love this place, highly recommend it, and am looking forward to coming back and staying there again! It’s Jamaican owned, very well maintained and operated. Centrally located on 7 mile beach! The staff, the accommodations, the restaurant and of course the cuisine are all Top Notch! I love the smaller boutique hotel vibe this offers. Big Ups to White Sands Negril! 🙌❤️🇯🇲🌴☀️

We (a couple) had a wonderful 14 day stay at White Sands Negril. Our Standard Beach Bungalow (on the beach side of the resort) was clean, spacious and well equipped. It also had a fridge and a large balcony. The maids came every other day. There were no beach towels, but they can be bought there. The entire staff is very friendly and fun. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beach with a beautiful view. You can also eat on a roof terrace where you can watch the sea even more beautiful as well as the sunset. The girls in the beach bar do a very good job and are always in a good mood and friendly (best wishes to Bubbles and Ice). The hotel is located on the most beautiful stretch of beach and there are plenty of sun loungers and always a spot in the shade. The sea is a dream and is perfect for swimming and lingering in the water. We had an all-round wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

This was my second time staying at this property. I enjoyed my stay. Good people hard working staff very helpful! I will return. I always enjoy kicking it with the locals and people who have been coming here for years. I stayed garden side. 7 mile beach and bar/restaurant right across the street. 4 th year in a row ! Twice as solo female traveler. Peacefully and tranquil and family away from home each person who works at this property which don’t feel like staff rather then family members to guest gives it a home feeling rather then a resort feeling. Plus most paradise beaches and gardens.. Best restaurant on premise with friendly kind folks. You will visit and become long term guest for years to come ! I look forward to each person each year to see them ! And if one is missing they are missed one sweetest lady named Karen security made her way to visit me since she was assigned another resort ! Karen security guard at white sands most kind sweetest face and she was missed at white sands this year hope to see Karen back at white sands next year! Look for Indes restaurant chef Courtney And evening chef is amazing as well The ladies at restaurant Tara, Jennifer Sonia,Ariel,Kim bartenders Bubble and Ice you will love ! Life guards O’Brien and beach attendant Moses amazing ! Room attendant Ms Kerry will always leave your room so immaculate and leave your things so nicely placed back how you had them and smelling so fresh.Mr HENRY!!the glue that holds all of white sands together with the best vibes ever who always makes sure you if need anything and he will make it happen !! The office staff is always amazing Mr. Francis :) Jenique/Niedra/Michelle who always makes time to say hello and make sure all is well.. you will become a forever guest if you visit white sands.
