"We spent 4 wonderful nights at Dar 7 Louyat. The location is a little further out from the main attractions, (it's about a 20mins walk to the Bab Boujloud). Google maps was a life line and once you get to Place Seffarine it's quite simple to navigate (there will be signs for the Riad at the start of the street). We arranged a collection from the airport as our flight arrived around midnight. It took about 30 mins and the Riad kindly sent someone to escort us to the Riad itself. Ayoub...

"This Riad is Amazing! It is run by Abdul and his daughter Miriam who watch over every detail. Abdul did all the design when they bought two roads that he combined into one, and refurbished into one amazing Riad. His daughter Miriam selected all the furniture, we felt like a king and queen. Breakfast was awesome, very hot shower and TV in the room for the first time since we've been in Morocco. Abdul gave us excellent advice and even took us to some of the key points in Medina."

"Riad Al Ansari is a beautiful riad which has been recently renovated to the highest standard. The rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings and Moroccan architectural detail. I had a lovely room with a view of the courtyard. Most importantly, Hicham, the manager, was very hospitable and welcoming. He is charming and made me feel totally comfortable and safe. "DARK. Our room was dark with only a small window to the exterior and poor interior lighting. The bathroom was also dark with poor lighting. The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way. The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. I also did not like the spa services. "
