"The staff here are very unhelpful. I can't reach them via the phone in the room. There was no answer for 24 room service even though they said there would be st the front desk. The wifi kept dropping in my room. The toilets in the lobby were disgusting and unhygienic. The gym is only open at certain hours. Within 5 mins of checking in the power on the floor shut down. Buffet dinner and breakfast were expensive and not good quality."

"I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool playing loud music until late in the evening. On the positive side - the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. "
