"This is a updated property a short walk into the main street. The car parking is free and secure under the building over 2 levels. The Receptionist was helpful and the cleaners lovely. The room isn't big but had everything we needed. The room wasn't waterfront and was located above a courtyard area. Quite a lot of noise came up from below - voices seemed to really carry."

"Ultimate relaxation- staying in the Ocean Villas ment we were within 20 odd metres to the Mill Beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, birds and the company of the Roo’s made this weekender a refreshing holiday. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay meant we could explore the restaurants and cafes there. We didn’t get much time to spend in the park but there were plenty of kids having fun- riding bicycles and even some buggies. "

"It was a great location for children and families. Not so much for singles or couples. Was very noisy on the weekend (, although joyful noise of children) but also very noisy during week doing repairs and cutting tree branches!! I would definitely recommend this place for families."

"Beautiful room decor, comfy bed, pristine bathroom and shower, high end toiletries, great selection of drinks and snacks for purchase. After hours check in was easy and the manager responded quickly to my questions. The view from the front balcony was excellent and private. Full window across the front wall, opening to the deck, gave a full view of the marina. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Loved this stay and highly recommend!!!"

"The check in process through Trivago was a mess - booked at just after 3.00 pm , arrived about 10 minutes later, room not ready and luckily staff still on site - cleaned room - excellent. Whilst waiting I was informed that my payment had been rejected - turned out to be an administrative error by staff on site. Must say, staff very apologetic and good to deal with."
