A few relatively minor “watch-outs”… The listing states there may be fees for extra guests but we were surprised that the host fee included $300 for extra guests even though the property advertises it sleeps 4, and we are a family of 4. The listing states there is a coffee maker, FYI for future guests it’s a Nespresso Virtuoso which was a pleasant surprise but would...

"We had a wonderful stay with our family! The property was peaceful, we enjoyed visiting the animals, and the hosts were so lovely. Kitchen was well stocked, and the house stayed cool with the AC and fans which was perfect for the hot days. It had everything we needed. Beach access just a short walk down the hill. We'd definitely come back! "
