The front desk staff were very unfriendly. Only one of the five people we saw at different times during our stay there made an effort to say hello or goodbye when we were passing. When we left, no one asked how was your stay and no one said thank you for coming. The front desk set the tone for the whole stay. The cleaning staff were friendly and the service was good in the restuarant. but the food in restaurant was bland and subpar. The "river" outside our door was dry. We were also not welcomed when we walked into the dining area to try to find a table. The room was quiet and clean, but it was not a fun, inviting, or welcoming place to stay. We wouldn't go back.

Well equipped and comfortable accommodation
Super convenient and well appointed hotel that is committed to ensuring their guests are looked after. Beds were comfortable and lovely look out onto tree lined river. The only (minor) downside was the level of noise that carried through from hallway and the plumbing from adjoining rooms.

The first room.was well below 4.5 star and was dissapointing - cracked vanity, incredibly noisey, no proper ventilation in bathroom , and lacked privacy ( cleaning staff walking past front windows and looking in). We moved upstairs and were very happy with the second room - where decor was way better and had a quality feel. We kinda had to push to get a room change and had to pay extra - but so glad we did. We get annoyed advertising photos don't match what we find on arrival.
