Redbud - Cozy Cabin with Relaxing Hot Tub!

Relax and UNWIND in the cozy Redbud Cabin. Located just minutes off of US-33, its close to hiking, canoeing, biking, etc. yet it's nestled in the middle of Wayne National Forest. With 100's of acres of trees all around, this property is so quiet and tranquil, allowing you to hear all the birds singing as you are relaxing in the pristine HOT TUB or taking a stroll around the pond. Inside, the cabin is quaint and cozy, but has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and plenty of pots/pans, plates and utensils to stay in and cook dinner. A COFFEE BAR is set up for you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee when you wake up. The main area of the cabin is the bedroom/living room, where you can relax and watch TV from the Rustic queen size bed or on the loveseat. The cabin is equipped with a smart TV and FREE Wi-Fi with a High Speed Internet connection, so you can stream all of your favorite movies and shows(bring your own device). Enjoy sitting around the campfire at the OUTDOOR FIREPIT on the cool fall nights and watch the moon come up through the trees. From this cabin: Hocking Hills State Park/Old Man's Cave - 35 minutes; Lake Hope - 20 minutes; Athens/Ohio University - 20 minutes.

Great place, better than pictured. And, that hot tub...wow!
We were so pleased with this place. Spotlessly clean, everything was provided including linens, all cooking supplies, plates, glasses, fridge, microwave…even a dishwasher! We stayed when the weather was temperate/cool. When I turned the heat up, the heating unit was so quiet that I thought it wasn’t workin (but indeed it was). Strong, lightning-fast wifi/internet (THANK YOU!!!). Had a Smart TV that we plugged our own Roku stick into. And, the hot tub…..ohhhhhhhhh, my. We have a storage tub that we travel with to cabin rentals with all kinds of stuff in it. The only thing we used this time was our own facial tissues. The reason for the 3-stars for “location”: part of it was our fault. We didn’t realize this cabin is 30 minutes away from Old Man’s Cave, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Hope, Lake Logan. Many (most) of the roads in this region, including the ones Google Maps routes you one to get to some of these places, are…um…”rugged”. Hairpin turns, blind hills, one lane roads, some gravel, most paved. Even some of the state routes are dicey. And, the locals are not real tolerant of anyone going under 50 mph. It’s kind of stressful. But, hey, that’s what the hot tub is for after a day of traversing the area. IMPORTANT HINT: Your navigation will take you to the Wolfe-Bennett Road address, but the driveway to the property is just a few feet around the corner on Cullission Road.

Great weekend getaway.
We were in the area to go to a show at Stuarts Opera House in downtown Nelsonville. This place was perfect for us. 10 minutes away. Very nice cabin for 2. Pups loved it too! Great light in cabin. Kitchen had everything you may need. Outdoor space was great. Huge yard, nice big back porch and a concrete patio with a clean hot tub. I would highly recommend.

Great cabin!
This is the cutest cabin! The location is secluded and peaceful and it has everything you need for your stay! When we arrived, the cabin was remarkably clean and was very welcoming. The owner responded quickly each time I had a question leading up to our stay. Everything was exactly as it said on the listing. We brought our 25 pound beagle/Jack Russel dog with us and it was perfect for him, too! We truly enjoyed ourselves and hope to go back again sometime!

Tranquil oasis
Erin thought of everything when making a retreat! The bed was comfortable. The heating/ cooling unit made the inside of the cabin a perfect temperature no matter what it was like outside. The view of nature from the back porch was relaxing. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! We sat in it at night, and we were able to gaze up at the stars. What a wonderful way to end a spectacular day exploring Hocking Hills!

When we walked into the cabin we were amazed how nice it was, and was very clean! It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The hottub was clean and relaxing after hiking 10 miles through the trails. The porch was great to sit back and rock with a nice cold beverage. We utilized the BBQ to save on eating out. By far, the best place I've stayed. Erin was easy to work with and prompt on responding to any questions. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this cabin! It had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The place was small and cozy, which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved how decorated and up to date everything was in the cabin; it was very clean too! The email instructions we received for check in/out were extremely clear; we did not need to contact the owner during our stay. We absolutely loved this little place. We hope to be back again someday day!

The cabin/stay was great. Didn’t have to communicate with manager for anything. Cabin was very nice and clean. Was quiet and relaxing. Disappointed that hot tub was not clean (hair & a leaf) so we didn’t use it. This was our 2nd trip to Hocking Hills and we will definitely visit again.
