This residence is very nice overall, clean rooms, modern design, and a perfect location in Athens. The only major downside is that there’s no elevator, which wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Our room was up a steep, winding flight of stairs, and while staff helped bring our bags up at check-in, no one came to assist us at checkout despite confirming a time and calling down for help. We ended up struggling with heavy suitcases ourselves as two small girls. To make matters worse, as we passed by the lobby, the same staff member was sitting there alone with no other guests waiting, choosing not to assist us. This left us feeling dismissed and disappointed after what was otherwise a lovely stay. Beautiful property and great stay otherwise, but not very travel-friendly if you have large luggage or mobility concerns.
