"The staff were very polite and courteous, but the facilities were old and out-dated, and we could easily hear the party that was next door to ours. They could use new bedding. "夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。 建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。"

"The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The only reason for putting 4 stars is that the bathroom in our room had a strong ammonia smell. Also, as a heads up, I went with my elderly mother and the building had steep stairs to get to the bath and dining, and the room was not exactly barrier free and we tripped over a couple of times (We didn't think much of it at the time of booking, so it's our fault) Otherwise, it was a great!"
