"We loved our stay, would definitely consider renting here again. Host was very prompt in answering my questions. Since we flew to get here, the extra amenities of beach chairs and towels were really clutch. Great location. close to enough to walk to restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, even with our young kids. Such a quiet street, really relaxing spot. "

"We appreciate everything about this place. The location was perfect especially it's proximity to the beach. Including the beach chairs and towels were thoughtful of the host. We were able to comfortably have 6 people stay there without feeling crowded. It was in a nice neighborhood that we walked around in. Such a nice comfortable stay. The host was also responsive quickly to any of my questions. Thank you!"

"Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Well stocked , clean house with many amenities. The pool was definitely an added bonus! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants & shopping. Very kid friendly as well. Our 17 month old grandson came to visit and loved the sunroom with a variety of toys that kept him entertained. We stay in the area quite often and will definitely be returning for sure! Thank You"

"Very clean and comfy nice enclosed backyard Erin was an amazing host if anyone is visiting Mayport Naval Station I would definitely recommend it is a straight shot to the main gate close to the beaches five Stars for sure !!!!!"
