Ultimate Estate on Acre of Land with Pool (across from golf course/near beach)

Summer 2024 almost booked up- but not to worry, we have two other amazing homes down the street available. One in Ocean Grove (9 bedrooms- 2 blocks to beach) and the other is an estate on over 2 acres of land with 7 bedrooms plus a pool house.

Welcome to this Ultimate Estate, sitting on 1 acre of land across the street from a golf course and just 10 minutes to multiple beaches (Asbury Park,Ocean Grove, Belmar, Bradley Beach and Avon-by-the-Sea)!

This 3500 + square foot home has 5 big bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and was recently completely gutted and redone with professional grade appliances. House both in wnd oit were designed to entertain!

If your renting for the winter months, this is a magical winter wonderland. You will feel like your in another country with the 100 plus year old trees towering over the house , dusted in white. It’s truly a spectacular scene.

If you're renting for the warmer days, enjoy the gigantic in-ground SALT WATER pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ ( hard gas line) area with fire pit and all the outdoor games for both children and adults. Custom built in putting green, can jam, foosball, etc. You name it, it's probably there.

Bedroom descriptions:
1st floor: 1 trundle which is 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2)
2nd floor: master bedroom with King sized bed; 1 bedroom with 2 Full sized beds (sleeps 4) and has a crib; 1 bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed (sleeps 2)
3rd floor: 1 futon (sleeps 2), 3 Twin beds (sleeps 3), 1 Queen pull out bed (sleeps 2) - note that the 3rd floor is 750 sq. ft. (apartment like feel), includes a dining table and TV.

Family Vacation

Perfect for an extended family getaway long weekend!

Fantastic home and host

The perfect girls getaway
We had a group of 18 women and everyone loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and it’s location couldn’t be better. It’s in close proximity to almost every jersey shore hot spot. I highly recommend this space for a weekend getaway with friends.

Great Vacation!
We rent a vacation home every summer for the whole family to congregate and this was one of our favorites! Perfect Getaway House!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our every need and question. The house was impeccable - totally updated with amazing perks like a smart fridge! The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well as the putting green. We were a short ride to Belmar Beach . This was a great house for our stay of three families. Centrally located, clean, modern, spacious, great pool, and the owner did a great job resolving any issues that came up. there is some traffic noise from the main road that runs close to the house but we couldnt hear anything while sleeping. wed love to come back again!

A great getaway!
This house was beyond gorgeous. There were newer appliances and it was immaculately kept. The owner was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. He even walked us through the property via cellphone to ensure that we knew where to locate and how to operate all of the systems in the home. We will definitely rent from him again.

Who knew the Jersey Shore could be so wonderful
Our first time to the Jersey Shore so we were very uncertain about where to stay and what to do We searched many VRBO listings to accommodate our family of 8 This house caught our attention and seemed to check all the boxes so we took a risk and booked it….and we are thrilled that we did In addition to it being big and beautiful as pictured , it was spotlessly clean, well appointed , comfortable and had a backyard pool and patio that were fantastic We spent many late nights mellowing out in the hot tub after a day of fun Thanks George for an amazing stay

Nice pool and family spot
Our extended family of 10 (including 4 kids ages 11, 7, 6, and 3) stayed for a week. We really enjoyed the pool and foosball table, and it's only a 10 min drive to Asbury Park (nice beach) and Ocean Grove (cute small town). It's not an upscale house but is nice for a family with kids. We had a few cleanliness issues but George was extremely eager to fix any problems and even provided us a credit for cleaning - he also fired the prior cleaners who did not do a good job so hopefully future renters will not have any issues.

Great Family Time
Staying at this house was a perfect way to ring in the New Year! My parents wanted to have the entire family away together, and there was plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us. My brother and I now have children in their 20’s scattered around the country, so getting everyone together is slightly challenging. The house is beautiful and a perfect spot for four generations to get together and have quality time. The home was immaculate, and the check-in process was effortless. George is an impeccable host, and we would happily stay here again or at any of his other properties.

The perfect house to share with friends
We booked this house to stay with a group of friends - this was by far the nicest and best equipped house we’ve ever rented. The pool was warm and clean, and the kitchen and amenities were all better than advertised. The kitchen is beautifully outfitted and perfect for group dinners. The outdoor barbecue and fire pit were both super easy to operate and a ton of fun for evening activities. George is a great and responsive host. The location is really central and easy to get in and out, with many activities basically within walking distance. New high watermark for these rentals - will definitely try to return!

Great Summer Home with Large Pool
We arrrived with the house very clean and open. Pool was full but not warm, however, they had a heater and once turned on, it warmed up very well for the rest of our stay. The master bath had a very large shower for two and the master bed mattress was very comfortable. Fridge was very modern and held a lot of food. Ice maker was not consistant but the landlord provided an additonal ice maker on the counter that worked wonderfully. Living room was excellent with large wrap around couch, had a large screen TV to watch movies. We had 8 adults in our party and we had a great time!
