"My parents were visiting from England and my boyfriend and I decided to take them to the beach for a weekend. We could not have anticipated how perfect the trip would be! Firstly, the house is gorgeous and welcoming and cozy! The Christmas tree and holiday theme was so magical upon arrival. We particularly enjoyed the wine that was generously left for us by our lovely hosts, along with some delicious chocolates! Check in was simple and well communicated. "I am giving the listing accuracy a four star as the listing was a bit misleading, but the location and value are incredible, so overall its still a 5 star! Note that the coffee area is a common area, as well as the seating areas on the decks, this is a house built into a hotel, multiple suites on each floor. It can be a little creaky and noisy, but the AC was just the right amount of gray noise to ensure a good sleep. They key features are location and value. This house is central to everything...

"The house was great - beds so comfortable, updated modern decor perfect for a beach house, chairs and umbrellas, beach badges, etc., the perfect shore kitchen table for games and meals, a huge couch for everyone to crash and watch movies together at night - and the location was steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The arcade video game console upstairs ... our teenagers had a blast (and we did, too) on Tekken and all the other games. A five-star stay!"

"This charming bungalow provided everything we needed for our stay! I loved the front porch, the spacious living room (even a great desk area to check into work emails) and well stocked kitchen! There's lots of character on the inside and room to relax on the outside! The private back yard was great! My one complaint... we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard! Hopefully we will be back again!"

When we got there we found that the Keurig was broken and a replacement was delivered in a few hours! Easy to park in driveway and street and nearby a Shoprite. I would stay at this property again. The description is mostly correct. It states there are 3 futons but I would call that misleading. There is one room with 2 futons. One might be a queen size...
