The Gîtes de la Garenne are at the gates of the town, accessible on foot by the Royal Park of the Garenne promenade. Gîtes renovated in 2014. Set of 12 lodgings spread over 6 houses. Each gîte with a surface area of 40 m² has a living room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 sleeping area with a bunk bed, shower room, wc, covered terrace. Gîte très bien placé pour les ballades à pied, en passant par la forêt, le cadre est magnifique, proche du beau village de Nérac et le gîte sympathique comme tout, propriétaire gentille 😁, un bémol....moustiques trop envahissants

Points forts : proximité du village par sentier ombragé, piscine. Points faibles : entretien du sîte moyen, propreté du mobilier de jardin à revoir (tables, chaises) également autour de la piscine (vétuste). Un climatiseur dans la chambre serait un vrai plus.

Mon épouse et moi avions besoin de repos, après un mois d'août très chargé en réceptions. A la Garenne nous avons trouvé calme et repos, et NERAC est une ville magnifique et très attachante. Et les allées du Roi le long de la Baïse....TOP !

Le partage de certains équipements, tel que le barbecue central et la piscine, offre une convivialité appréciable. A noter la disponibilité et l'amabilité de Florence (notre hôte) qui contribue au charme de la résidence. Le gîte est fonctionnel et la literie, de qualité, permet un repos nocturne ressourçant, pour des vacances optimales. Enfin, le village pittoresque de Nérac, accessible à pied par le parc de la Garenne( magnifique site) constitue un atout supplémentaire. A recommander+++

lost in france
our 1st time in france but def not our last Beautiful setting beside the forrest and river perfect for relaxing and watching the wildlife The gites have all you need basic but clean A lovely 1km walk into nerac through the forrest brings you into a picturesque village with a few nice restaurants A great wee pool that we used alot as temperature was 35 to 40 degrees! The owner florence was very friendly and helpful even though she didnt speak alot of english But do get directions before you go as not easy to find

Tres bon séjour, à recommander!
Nous avons apprécier la semaine passée aux Gites de la Garenne pour sa tranquilité. La location nous a été proposée dans les meilleurs conditions de propreté et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la discrétion de la propriétaire qui s'est aussi rendue disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de renseignements. Nous avons déjà recommandé ce lieu a des amis et nous le referions sans hésiter. Un très bon souvenir! Merci aux propriétaires.
