"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Lovely hotel ! It’s not in the center of Rome but is close enough to a TrenItalia stop so it is easy to navigate . The only issue I had was that they don’t have self service laundry and the closest restaurants in the area are a bit of walk . Still , I had a very nice stay and the breakfast room was pretty good . "Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

Great, easy stay

"Great stay and great location - bus stop right outside, 10 mins walk to train, 15 mins to metro - super easy. Some advice/notes if you're staying here - make sure they have your phone number for checkin, as you have to call a number to get through the gates. If not, just call their main number and ask, someone picked up right away and opened the gate for us! There is free breakfast but it's just prepackaged stuff like brioche and some cartons of juice that is out in the lobby throughout the day. We grabbed some the night before and had breakfast in bed! Great stay for the price and friendly staff (when we saw them) - no complaints :)"
