"The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem. "

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth."

"Excellent room, fantastic host who was very accommodating and delightful personality, just wasn't clear on the website how the location was deep in a village which was difficult to access, poorly marked, and therefore feeling unsafe. "Kiryat Chaim is not anybody's idea of a tourist attraction, but since we wanted to stay in this suburb, the apartment was ideal. The view is magnificent and you can hear the surf from the sea. It is conveniently located next to two bus lines that run conveniently into central Kiryat Chaim and from there to the Metronit to Haifa. The place is well maintained and relatively clean. "This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. We had an ocean-facing view on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. The room was lovely and modern and the hotel overall was quite clean. The dining room had a very large and tasty selection of food and the woman who ran it (maitre d?) was really friendly and helpful, treating everyone like family. My wife and I both got massages in the spa, and we both thought the spa was lovely and that the quality of the massages was among the best we had ever had. And the beach is right out the door and it was great. "
