This stunning home in Neskowin is perched on a cliff so it enjoys amazing views of the town, Proposal Rock, and the majestic ocean. With other great features including a relaxing jetted bathtub, a quiet location, hot tub, and enough space for eight guests and two dogs, this house is a perfect place to stay for a wonderful Central Coast vacation.

Located just south of town, this home has great views of the sea while being far enough away from the noisy highway to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. A nearby mile-long sloped beach trail will take you to the sand, though for a less strenuous trip you can drive into town and use the public beach access there. In Neskowin itself you will find a few businesses, including the wonderful Cafe on Hawk Creek, though for more options you could drive about 20 minutes south into Lincoln City or about 15 minutes north to Pacific City.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home has space for up to eight guests and two dogs, though please be aware that a nightly fee does apply. The main level has a gorgeous sitting area with window seats, cozy couches, a gas fireplace, and a TV with cable, as well as WiFi access. Throughout the home you will also have a laundry room, a two-car garage, board games, books, a VCR with classic movies to watch, and a rejuvenating hot tub on the deck!

Upstairs also has a full kitchen with everything you may need to cook up tasty meals during your stay, plus a dining room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted bathtub, and downstairs you will find two more bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a full-size bed) as well as a sofabed for even more sleeping spaces. The lower level even has its own kitchenette and a separate sitting area with more window seats, a wood-burning fireplace, and another TV. From inside you can gaze out the enormous windows and enjoy the views, though you can also walk outside to the multiple decks and savor the fresh air while watching the magnificent sunsets.

This home is a perfect place to bring your family or a few friends to spend a relaxing central coast vacation together. Neskowin is a sleepy and quiet town that has wonderful beaches and is a great spot to relax, though you could always drive north or south along the coast to find larger towns and more adventures.

Book this gorgeous clifftop home in Neskowin and start looking forward to a wonderful vacation spent relaxing in the living room, admiring the stunning views, and walking on the beautiful beach!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great views
Nice home and the view is amazing. The hot tub is very nice and easy to use. Good bed in main suite. The home was clean but a bit worn in areas - floors, carpet and kitchen items. It would be helpful to have updated directions and access information to the home. Also updated TV directions as the current ones are no longer relevant.

Loved the overall house. Tho the listing said 2 King and 2 double beds and pull out couch; not accurate. There is: 2 King beds (one downstairs is old and uncomfortable) 1 double and pull out couch.

What a view!
If theres bad weather like ice/snow--avoid this house. We got trapped by unusual ice storm and the road was bad for 3 days. Otherwise the place is amazing. Our 2nd time there and will do again, just not if snow or ice are expected:) Great property manager...very helpful.

Wonderful…great views….beautiful home! Couple of items need consideration. Do not put small area rugs that do not have gripper bottoms. One of our party slid and fell because the floors ate slick

While view is stunning and home is lovely, it desperately needs to be deep cleaned and fluffed! Carpet in master is utterly filthy with pet urine stains…no bare feet for us! Ewww. Also, be aware this is NOT handicap or elderly friendly. Only bed on Main level requires a tall step stool to get into. Once you are in bed, you will be appalled by condition of bedding. Again, ewww! Looking through reviews, this has been mentioned OFTEN and while owner appears concerned, they clearly are NOT, as nothing has been done to remedy these issues.

Beautiful location
Everything was fine and accessible to all the coastal towns. Only negative is the carpets needed to be cleaned. The walk to the beach was awesome and cooking family meals was always fun. View is just unreal and watching storms roll in was beautiful.

Beautiful view, lovely house
My technical writer group from work rented the house for our annual retreat. It was perfect—plenty of separation for three people who are not related or close friends, great kitchen table and living room for meeting and discussions. Hot tub was a great amenity and very private, which was nice as we all went out at separate times and enjoyed a soak while listening to the crashing waves. Bed upstairs is very tall—so tall it has little stairs you need to use to get in if you are not tall or young—cool, but be aware if you are planning to sleep anyone up there who needs to get up in the night to use the bathroom. Black hawk cafe was great, which is fortunate as it is the only restaurant near. They do takeout and make delicious pizza. We loved the house and will definitely be back!

Great view, great space
The view here is truly stunning—maybe my favorite of any Oregon coast rental. The house is also very well laid out—tons of space for parties up to 5 or 6 people. Two things to remember: the lack of window treatments is real, meaning you’ll wake up with the sun and other guests can see right into the lower level rooms from outside; and Vacasa properties don’t come stocked with any kitchen staples, so bring everything you need from salt to cooking oil to spices.

Gorgeous property with great views. Neskowin beach is a wonder. Only complaint is that there were no window covers on the bedroom windows. Which made sleeping in difficult when the sun comes pouring in at 5 am.

Best Views on Oregon Coast
Amazing views, even the online posting can’t do them justice. Very nice house and a great, very quiet location. There are no window treatments in any bedroom, so unless you like being awake at 5am have everyone bring eye masks!! Also, bring your own spices and a colander (all they have is salt/pepper), but they have every other kitchen gadget known to man. As other reviewers have said, make sure you get the gate code before leaving as it’s not provided unless you ask! Overall a very nice house and the best views of ocean/beach/proposal rock you’re ever going to see!

What a fabulous home with an incredible view!
We had such a lovely time. The house and the view literally took my breath away. We spent our time in the hot tub, reading on the window seat and taking walks by the Ghost Forest. We will for sure be back. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that we didn’t know the code to get into the neighborhood and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get it. We had to wait till someone was coming or going so we could get through the gate. It was an great stay and we can’t wait to go back!

Amazing
We arrived at night and I started getting nervous that we weren't actually going to see the ocean from the house as a server in Portland had told me it looked like we were staying "in town". However, as soon as we opened the back door you could hear the roar of the sea. The view was spectacular!!! The ghost forest and proposal rock are directly below. The hot tub was wonderful. On our last night, the sky was clear, and we could see every start that ever existed. I can not wait to return to this exact spot.

Unparalleled
This was a beautiful home with a truly unmatched view. Neskowin is our favorite place on the Oregon Coast, so for my husband's birthday I looked there first. This home was truly the best place we have stayed on the coast to date. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the home was impeccably clean, kitchen well appointed and the views were spectacular. A few tips for staying here: -There aren't any cooking essentials in the kitchen (oil, spices, etc) so be sure to pack what you need. -The upstairs fireplace is gas, but downstairs requires wood, so bring this along if you want a fire. -There are hot tub towels as well as plenty of bathroom towels. -If you are checking in after dark, have a flashlight handy to be able to access the lock box by the front door. -You will come to a fork in the road without clear road signs, you want to stay to the left which is gravel for a short distance. We plan to stay here again in the future. A truly memorable stay.

Everything was wonderful. The view spectacular. One warning, I had emailed to inquire about 2 elderly people with walkers. The response was regarding the wrong floor and rooms. When arriving the bed is so high they needed a double step stool. If both had made it there one would not have been able to get into bed. It was a problem. If you are a younger able bodied group this is an unbeatable place!

Best thing about the property is the view. All rooms have a view. There is one full bathroom and a half bath up stairs and one downstairs. Works well. Heating system easy to use. Appliances are old an out of date. The oven mostly didn't work, spoiling a planned dinner and dishwasher was not functioning well. Washing machine made unusual sounds but worked. Trimming along path to front door needed.

Beautiful home with spectacular view!
Our family of 5 was looking for an amazing getaway where we could be wow'd by nature without having to work very hard to get there! We loved lounging in this home and spent more time reading and hanging out than we have in years! The window seats were a favorite for all of us as was the hot tub! Two suggestions: 1. please stock wood. We are great fire builders. We were excited since there was a wood burning stove and the VRBO listing showed a wood pile in a photo. However there was none at the home, and the property management group was not helpful, merely recommending that we google "where to find firewood in Neskowin." 2. Home needs more containers with lids. We prepared several meals here and were actually surprised at the lack of dishware to store fruit, salads, pasta, etc. A simple fix. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities to return home with suitcases full of clean clothes. Finding starfish, anemones and crabs was really fun for us! Take a 60 minute whale watching cruise in Depoe Bay. Loved it! Also be sure to ride the sand dunes on ATVs near Pacific City. This was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for a lovely vacation!
