"I had the really small room. I knew it was going to be tiny when I booked it. All good. The bathroom was a good size. The thing i appreciated was attention to detail, I needed for nothing. They even had actual coffee grounds and a press, which I'm realizing in NZ is the norm. All other hotels I've stayed at here only have instant coffee. They had fresh milk and cookies ( bag). The room was super clean. I ordered the lamb dinner at the pub, super good!!"

"The room was not clean i think they moved a side drawer near the bed the dirt were all on the carpet with no forks and the service very poor i rang them twice for some glasses the lady said they will bring it. The next day i rang and the manager said they don't have them. The people staying at their other motel next door so noisy they left their dogs unleashed not safe and before i check out the young couple had an arguement from that motel. The good thing was closer to bruce pulman but never...

Location within a reasonable distance from the airport is a plus.....but a challenging location for shopping for supplies without access to a motor vehicle as is a long steep driveway to access the property. We were surprised that there was no free to air television coverage which was not disclosed at time of booking. Overall, we would book again for our needs, but issues highlighted will surprise and disappoint...
