The property itself as well as its superb location by Independence Square and the beach is reason enough, but more importantly: the amazing staff. "The hotel’s description promised a "comforting indulgence," but unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with these expectations. On the night of the 3rd of September, a loud screeching noise from the air-conditioning unit kept me awake, which was particularly disappointing after already changing rooms due to similar issues. Additionally, I noticed mold in the bathroom, a persistent leak outside the room, and neither room I stayed in had a bath plug, making the bath unusable. These issues...
