Beautiful sunsets, but the place needs fixing...
The neaighborhood is lively, touristy and french-speaking. The apartment is overlooking the beach and it is about 7min walk to the beach. The condition of the apartment requires much repair. Pealing paint, door handles that do not work, many other small functional defects. The check-in and check-out processes could use improvement.

L'appartement est très grand et spacieux, un salon immense avec une vue magnifique. Toutes les commodités étaient à disposition : 2 vaisselles, micro onde, plaque et kumkum de chabat, grand frigo, une grande table avec plusieurs chaises pour inviter du monde, des nappes etc bref c'était parfait. TV avec toutes les chaines possibles, wifi Les hôtes sont très disponibles et serviables pour le moindre soucis. Le coin est parfait, à côté de la mer, de l'ascenseur, d'aires de jeux pour les enfants, à 5 min du kikar (place pietonne bordée de restaurants et bars ) à pied, commerce de proximité, plusieurs synagogues juste en bas etc. vraiment le top ! Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai ! Merci et à bientôt !

Nah am Strand, tolle Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß und ist sehr nah am Strand. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war auch richtig schön. In der Wohnung war aber einiges schon reparaturbedürftig und die Sauberkeit ließ an einigen Stellen auch zu wünschen übrig. Eine Toilette konnte nicht richtig abspülen, das wurde uns bereits bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Das WLAN reicht nicht in alle Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, man konnte sie auch gut mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichen. Ein großes Plus ist auch der eigene Parkplatz, der sehr praktisch ist.
