"We stay here frequently when visiting family. We definitely enjoy the happy hour and the great breakfast. A new addition is the contactless checkin, using your phone as your room key. We still had to stop at the desk for the drink tickets. Perhaps they could just put them in the room, but as they weren’t busy it was no problem. One issue is that the coffee/tea maker was not working right. "

I tried to contact orbitz customer service to move to different hotel but the automated system kept going in circles and couldn’t get through to talk to a person.
