Eiskalt, Ameisenplage im Bad und Küche, Betten mussten selber bezogen werden, Stromfresser als Heizung, in 4 Schlafräumen nur eine einzige Nachttischlampe, die Lichtquellen sehr sparsam ausgestattet, die Spülmaschine fies und usselig im Siebbereich, der Frühjahrsputz hatte irgendwie noch nicht stattgefunden, fast alle Steckdosen sind lose. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie.
