"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"The view was amazing and the ability to travel via the Rigi Bahn network all over the mountain was spectacular. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Only problem was we wanted to stay longer! Unforgettable vacation. "

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!"

"We had three days great stay here! The bus number 4 is very convenient to us since we are 5. We were able to attend the new years fireworks via bus. The rooms are clean and so the towels, blankets and pillows. The kids on the other room said they were able to sleep well! Thanks to Thomas who is very kind and generous assistance.
