"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. "A lovely comfy home with a wonderful view of the Moselle, convenient parking, a sweet back garden and the surprise of an indoor pool, sauna and steam room for relaxing in after a big day of sightseeing. Checking in was a pleasure, made both informative and fun by the happy Mrs Schumaker. It was a delight to return here each evening, and relax in the cosy comfort of this house."

"Loved the place but the room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and not only was there no elevator but the stair case was very narrow and difficult to bring the luggage up. We still loved it and understand the way it is looks better so it’s not a con, just think it’s good to know, specially for people traveling with small children like we did. "

A Gem of a Place

"Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "

"The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"
