The villa "Les Hauts du Golf" is located in a quiet area of Hardelot Plage, in the heart of the Golf des dunes pine forest and a few minutes by bike from the beach and shops.

Completely refurnished in 2021, this 130m² house offers 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room/dining room which opens onto a large teak terrace and a fenced, south-facing garden (3 acres).

As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the careful decoration of the house and its “Beach house chic” style. Enjoy the micro-climate of the Opal Coast while sipping a drink on one of the comfortable deckchairs or around a barbecue or a family meal on our teak tables. Or warm up in front of the beautiful open fire while watching a Netflix or Amazon Prime series on one of the house's flat screens.

Extremely practical, the house has large cupboards at the entrance and in each bedroom, as well as a large pantry - ideal for storing beach essentials. Three new bikes (2021) are at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with a smart keybox which allows you to arrive at the time of your choice (from 4:00 p.m.), using a personal code which will be provided to you.

Hardelot-Plage and its surroundings offer many activities: golf, tennis, board sports, horse riding, family walks in the dunes or in the pines, etc. We share with you our favorites and best addresses in the house book - including for shopping

- No smoking in the house (strict rules)
- Cleaning of 80 euros obligatory
- Possibility to rent quality household linen at the price of 10 euros per set for a single bed and 20 euros per set for a double bed. The house has 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Each set contains a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, one (or two) cotton percale pillowcases + one (or two) hand towel and one (or two) terry shower towel, Sylvie Thiriez brand) The number and type of set must be requested when booking. Kitchen towels/towels are provided as standard.

This home is in a great location amongst the golf course, extremely quiet and peaceful. The house is really well stocked with games, household supplies, and lots of helpful notes for local restaurants. The bikes and beach toys were super handy. We have a great time and would recommend it to another family in a heart neat. Thank you so much.

Villa chaleureuse avec une décoration raffinée située tout près du golf des dunes
La villa est très bien située dans le secteur boisé d'Hardelot. Un endroit très calme près du golf. La maison est chaleureuse, très bien décorée et très bien équipée, comme si les propriétaires venaient de la quitter. Ici vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un excellent week-end. Ce que vous trouverez est totalement conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement disponibles pour répondre à vos questions. Nous avons apprécié les équipements et le livre de la maison où vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter de la villa et des conseils avisés pour les commerces et restaurants locaux ainsi que les visites. 3 jours super cool.
La propriété est en fin de route donc il y avait très peu de circulation. De plus, nous sommes à l'intérieur du golf d'Hardelot donc c'est très verdoyant. La maison est très bien entretenue et il ne manque rien. Si la cuisine avait été un peu plus grande (nous étions 8) et ouverte sur le salon/salle à manger, cela aurait été encore mieux ! Elle est faite pour préparer les repas, les m² ont plutôt été réservés à la pièce commune. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable. Notre séjour, sous le beau temps, s'est vraiment bien passé et les propriétaires ont été très réactifs à nos demandes. On a bien profité de nos quelques jours de repos...

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans cette villa, très bien située, dans un quartier calme à deux pas du golf et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Hardelot et de la plage. Elle est aussi très joliment décorée et bien équipée, avec de la place pour tout le monde. Arnaud et Catherine ne sont pas sur place, mais les instructions pour trouver la maison et son bon fonctionnement étaient très claires. Et le paquet de petits gâteaux locaux était une très gentille attention !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est conforme aux photos et au descriptif, le propriétaire est réactif et a été de bons conseils. De plus il a pris le temps de se rendre au centre nautique afin de vérifier les horaires d'ouverture comme le centre n'était joignable ni par mail, ni par téléphone.

On en veut encore !
Catherine et Arnaud nous ont acceuillis dans leur maison avec la plus grande et chaleureuse bienveillance. Celle-ci correspondait parfaitement au descriptif et nous a permis de profiter de notre week end sans avoir à nous soucier du reste. Une jolie maison moderne, propre, équipé et sécurisée, proche d'Hardelot et de ses environs, un cadre très soigné et une ambiance des plus reposante malgré 4 enfant de 0 à 5 ans des plus énergétiques. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement et ne manquerai pas d'y retourner lorsque l'occasion se présentera. Un seul bémol : J'aurai sans doute apprécié de pouvoir rencontrer nos hôtes de façon physique mais l'échange que nous avons eu fut des plus respectueux et bienveillant tout en répondant à nos petites demandes particulières (check-in anticipé notamment) accomapgnée d'une jolie surprise gustative à notre arrivée. Merci encore à eux et nous leurs disons à très vite pour une nouvelle réservation !

Le logement est impeccable, la situation est un peu loin à pied des commerces et de la plages mais l’endroit est calme et reposant: idéalement bien situé pour les golfeurs . Juste bien comprendre que les draps sont en supplément et qu’il y a pas de serviettes et gel douche.

Très beau séjour dans cette maison accueillante et chaleureuse.
La maison est très bien équipée et se situe a deux minutes du golf des dunes. L'endroit est calme au milieu des pins et les nos ados ont particulièrement apprécié les vélos à disposition pour se ballader en ville. On recommande sans hésitation!
