"Excellent hotel to stay at for Oktoberfest. The U Bahn is across the street and will get you to the festplatz very easily. The hotel itself is very luxurious, unique, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Munich!"

"Fantastic rooms (highly recommend getting a balcony!), great little kitchen, super quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Great neighborhood, not far train station (10-15 minute walk) with all kinds of Greek and Turkish restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and convenience stores all nearby. "During the checkin we requested a crib, they told us it will be sent to our room shortly. After 30 min it came, but it had dirty linen. We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "

"Very convenient location betweeen two main stations and within walking distance to tourist spots and shopping. Location was a little tricky to find as signage is minimal. Rooms were sufficient with comfortable beds, though the floors were not very clean. All round a pleasant stay."

"I stayed here twice. The first room I had I loved. Everything was very clean. The second room I got was extremely dirty. No trash can instead a big white bucket. Room was not clean and no towels. The shower needs some work. The water gets everywhere and floods. Breakfast and coffee was great. "
