This is a new and modern apartment right in the centre of Neukirchen at the foot of the Großvenediger mountain. It's only 100 metres away from the ski lift!
At 60m², it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Schoon appartement op de begane grond. Er kon niet goed gekookt worden omdat het fornuis al na een paar minuten zichzelf automatisch uitschakelde. We hebben geprobeerd om dit op te lossen maar onze contactpersoon wilde helaas niet meewerken en de communicatie was niet al te best. Doucheruimte ziet er mooi uit, maar is eigenlijk te glad en dus gevaarlijk, ook stroomt het water overal heen omdat er geen wand is geplaatst bij de douche. Ten slotte dachten we dat alles in de prijs inbegrepen zat omdat op de website van Belvilla alles inclusief stond. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn en we moest achteraf toch nog de toeristenbelasting zelf betalen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Waren 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder die Wohnung war super und schön sauber. Ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Stockbett sehr groß zügig Küche/Wohn-Esszimmer in einem und ein Bad klein aber fein. Den Keller durften wir ebenfalls benutzen. Die Liftnähe war perfekt man war innerhalb drei Minuten am Lift. Ebenfalls vorteilhaft war die Nähe zum nächsten Lebensmittel laden auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Super nette unkomplizierte Vermieterin hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, jederzeit wieder !!! Auch die Mitarbeiter der Wildkogel Arena waren super freundlich und der Skikurs in der Skischule neukirchen bei Skilehrer Michael war für unseren 6 jährigen perfekt.

Het appartement was schoon en zag er verder ook netjes uit.Skispullen kon je opbergen in de kelder van het appartement. Appartement stond dichtbij de gondel. De weg oversteken en je kon in de gondel stappen. De hele week de auto niet gebruikt. Supermarkt zat bijna in de achtertuin. Leuke restaurantjes in het dorp. Elke dag verse broodjes gehaald bij de bakker aan de overkant. Tip, reserveer wel een avond van tevoren als je uiteten wilt. Leuk en gezellig skigebied. Al met al een super week gehad met alle faciliteiten binnen handbereik.

15 min voor aankomst bellen naar contactpersoon voorkomt onnodig wachten bij het appartement. Prima appartement. Liggen wel wat persoonlijke spullen van de eigenaar hier en daar. Op zich vonden wij dat geen probleem. Wel had ik het fijn gevonden wanneer 1 keukenkastje helemaal leeg zou zijn voor eigen boodschappen etc. Wij hebben nu ruimte gemaakt in de keuken. Super ideale ligging, bakker, supermarkt en gondel op 2 min lopen.
