The surrounding area is quiet and a fair distance from any shops or restaurants. The staff, when you could get hold of them. We were staying in Nevers for the motorcycle world championship at nearby Magny Cours. Three days here is long enough."

Der Empfang durch unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, und auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand uns Anne bei Rückfragen hilfreich zur Seite. Die Unterkunft bot uns ausreichend Platz, die Betten waren gut, die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen - das betraf auch die Küche, die wir intensiv genutzt haben. Der Clou des Hauses ist die Lage direkt am See: Wir hatten drei...

"Hosts were very welcoming but also kept out of our way. The house and pool are beautiful and the location peaceful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our only comment was that the bedrooms were downstairs from the main living space and you had to go outside and round to get to them. This was fine for our family but may not suit with younger children. The house is very remote and a car is essential to get anywhere."

"The Gite was excellent and the owners could not do enough for us. Was located in a very quiet neighborhood in rural Berry."

"Immaculate property, very clean, very comfortable. One of the nicest gites I have ever stayed in. Perfectly accessible for my teenage daughter who is a wheelchair user. The pool was amazing and we spent hours swimming. Rural location perfect for anyone who wants a quiet and relaxed holiday. Host Vanessa was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it really couldn’t have been better and I would 100% recommend this property."

"Found the perfect stopover for our drive down to the South of France. The apartment was really well appointed and was really impressed with the setting and facilities. The cathedral backdrop just added to the experience and was the best alarm clock for our check out the next morning. Was a shame it was just a brief stay, and we’ll be sure to check the availability on our next French adventure. Great apartment, and superb hosts … merci"

"Nice hotel, great staff, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and I noticed as we left they were installing overhead rain showers. The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes walk away which was fine."

"Gorgeous property where we were treated like special guests - and old friends at the same time. Say YES to dinner if you are lucky enough to be offered. Our room was gorgeous, and Irina brought tea and coffee to our room when we arrived. This was a beautiful, calm, and peaceful stay that we'll always remember fondly."

"It’s a cute property—small and quaint. The breakfast area is a cute alcove down in a basement whose surroundings look like a cave. Too cute. There’s kinda like a spiraling stairway down and then up again so a person with severe disabilities may not be able to partake in the complimentary breakfast unless someone fixes a plate and takes it upstairs in the lobby area. Did not like that there was no refrigerator in room for my meds and no ice machines. Clerk had to get me a bowl of ice from somewhere. "
