When we checked in at 9:30 pm after 4 hour drive the water would be shut off at 10 pm for the rest of the night so the bathroom was totally unusable till the next morning. Bathroom had hairs in tub and around different areas in the bathroom. My next thought are the fire sprinklers tied into the same water system that is shut off which would be totally unacceptable. The front desk said the manager would not be in till 8am tomorrow & could discuss at that time. Thanks Mark W

The biggest drawback was that the parking lot is not very well lit - I was nervous leaving my car in a dark parking lot and the soap in the room-I do not like the dispensers of soap opposed to the individual bars, but other wise everything was great - the room comfort and amenities were all exceptional. The staff was all very nice and friendly.
