Excellent for a 3 star hotel. Could be more stars if they updated the rooms, wood is a bit dated. Friendly staff. Wide choice at Breakfast including full English. 10 min walk to the nearest ski lift mostly flat. A few bad points: Bed was too soft for me, had a new memory foam topper on top of a mattress. Rooms too hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open even with it -5 outside. Please provide do not disturb signs for the door, cleaner just walked in 3 times one morning.

"Nice area and staff were super helpful, had to change rooms as my wife struggles with stairs and as we arrived early they only had upper rooms ready. Manager couldn’t be nicer and get a ground floor room cleaned and ready for us to use within 10 mins"

"This is so much better than the usual overnight stops. Very pleasant dining area and bar. Secure parking and friendly staff. Never is a very interesting place to wander round apart from the roadworks. Would definitely stay here again."
