Ce qui concerne notre accueil et l’accompagnement tout au long de mon séjour, tout le personnel est à l’écoute, gentil et souriant. En ce qui concerne la chambre (numéro 202) celle-ci est très bien équipée mais le lit catastrophique. Il y a des taches sur l’entièreté du lit, marqué par des trous. Sûrement qu’il y est depuis des années et jamais changé de côté ce qui fait que le matelas soit enfoncé. De plus, sur le site j’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur la montagne mais à mon arrivée déception. Il me guide jusqu’à ma chambre, qui se trouve est une suite et je lui ai fait part que ce n’est pas ce que j’avais réservé. Malheureusement la chambre que j’avais réservé était attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre ce qui m’a fait aller dans la chambre 202.
