Denizens and Gulhan are sweet ladies that made us fresh omelets, eggs and more options to choose from besides the breakfast buffet that was already set up in cafeteria. "We had a flawless experience with the cave suites. Because there was construction going on close to our first suite, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger and better room when we arrived. Since we were only going to be staying for three nights, the staff were concerned about our comfort and gave us the upgrade without even asking. Every employee was warm and welcoming. Along with easy access to the center of Groeme and a breathtaking panoramic view, we also enjoyed a lovely view of the hot air balloons from our hotel."
