Unit One: Wade's Cabin
As you pull up to Wade's Cabin you'll hear the Lake Michigan waves lapping on the beach just steps from the home. Enter this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,200 sf. ranch home through the front door off the spacious front deck and you're on vacation!

To your right is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and En Suite bathroom, featuring a two-person/dual showe!. To your left you'll find a large work space with a dual workstation and 2 monitors a vinyl record player ( with vintage vinyl collection!) and cozy seating.

A few more steps to your right, is a hallway that leads to the home's remaining two bedrooms. The first has a Queen bed with a Smart TV, and the other features twin bunk beds and an additional Queen bed.

Between the two bedrooms is the newly renovated main bathroom for the first floor of the home. Move further into the home into a cozy living space, dining area, and a large and modern kitchen with prep space, new appliances, and bar top seating. Just off the kitchen is an oversized, three seasons room with cozy sofas and a large table perfect for board games. 

Head downstairs and check out the cozy entertainment area, perfect for movie nights or a young adult hang out space. The entertainment area features a 65” SmartTV with a Wii system, and a putting game! The basement also features a newly renovated bathroom with shower and a full-size washer & dryer. Accessible from the basement is a garage gameroom conversion complete with with a ping pong table perfect for some great rainy-day fun!

Wade’s Cabin also delivers outdoor fun with a second deck located off of the three-seasons room with an oversized, gourmet gas grill; an outdoor seating area with an outdoor dining table and oversized firepit. A large outdoor storage bin holds beach chairs, beach wagon, cornhole game and bocci ball for extra vacation fun. Finally, 4 cruiser bikes are available for quiet rides along the lakefrom or the tree lined streets of Michiana.

Additional Wade’s Cabin amenities include high-speed internet, whole house air purifier and a whole
house generator.
 
Unit Two: Wade's Lookout
Just a few feet away from the main house is Wade's Lookout, a modern, eclectic, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-story vacation rental. When you enter through the main door on the side of the home, you’ll be on the ground level of the vacation home. On the ground floor is a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed, off to your left are the stairs to the second floor and the door the garage game room, which features an indoor Ping Pong table, seating and a bunch of yard games for you to use. The ground level bathroom is only accessible via the garage game room and features a shower and stackable washer and dryer. 

If you head upstairs, you’ll be in the main living space of Wade’s Lookout which includes playful, color decor and an open plan living space with kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. Off of this main living area is a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with a view of the backyard and outdoor fireplace. The other second floor bedroom includes a Queen size bed and a Full size loft bed. Open the window and hear the crash of Lake Michigan waves!

Wade’s lookout also includes high-speed wifi and a whole house air purifier. The beautiful Outdoor living spaces for the Lookout include an oversized, outdoor fireplace, picnic table, basketball hoop and an outdoor shower, all available to the guests of this property. Wade’s Cabin & Lookout are a quick 550 ft walk to the gorgeous beach at Stop 38, and 1000 ft walk to the beach at Stop 37.

Also nearby, less than a mile away, is the newly renovated Michiana Village park and clubhouse. The park boasts a bocci ball court, basketball court, pickle ball courts, and a brand new playground! Check out the Village of Michiana website for photos and details!

This listing is for those looking to rent Wade’s Cabin and Wade’s Lookout for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and occupancy up to 16. Wade’s Cabin and Wade’s Lookout are also available for rent separately during select periods throughout the year. Plenty of parking between the two units! Parking for up to 6 cars in 2 parking pads located along Michiana Drive; and parking for up to 4 cars located in the driveway for Wade’s Lookout on Ponchartrain Drive.
