"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"We were relaxing and visiting Mt. Cuba. Wanted to stay in-town. House was adorable and location was great. Lots of nice touches to make everything comfortable (tea, extra blankets, multiple keys). Would absolutely come back!"

"The place was clean and comfortable. The dining space is tight (as you can see in the photos), but they made the best of it. Plenty of space for all 14 of us to spread out, and the kids definitely enjoyed the large yard, though adult supervision is absolutely required for exploring the outbuildings. "

"What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again. "

"We just spent three nights at this location and found the house to be clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. "The house is beautiful with the perfect mix of historic charm and modern amenities. I am a light sleeper and I liked that the bedrooms seemed to have good blinds. Because it is on a major street, there was some traffic noise. I was able to drown that out with a white noise machine. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The only issue I had was on the day of checkout. I wasn't aware that the roads would be shut down for a half marathon. We couldn't leave at the required check-in time. I...
