"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was just what one would expect from an older inn, quite, clean and comfy. We ate breakfast and dinner at the inn, both were great. The inn was conveniently located and the staff were great! Certainly a nice change from staying at chain hotels."

"We stayed for one night after attending an event at the Barn on the Pemi and having dinner at the Italian Farmhouse. After checking in, we socialized in the lounge with friends and family. The craft cocktails were very good, and I recommend the espresso martinis. Service was great and all staff with whom we interacted with were friendly and helpful. "It’s quaint and centrally located for activities in the White Mountains. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious, but the amenities were dated. The Shovel Handle Pub next door had good food and acoustic music."
